Add Loading Indicator

When selecting a shell from the list, the file details panel takes a while to load (since it is sending an HTTP request, waiting for the web shell to execute the commands, waiting for the response, and then parsing the response). During this time, the application appears to hang. Therefore, it would be a nice QoL improvement to have some indication that there is some "loading" going on.
