Html-Formatter file size and inclusion of excluded features #61

Summary

The new react html formatter includes all features/scenarios/ect in the folder. Even the ones not run because they were excluded by eg. tags

Expected Behavior

A switch or an option would allow you to not include files that were excluded from the run in the html report

Current Behavior

Every feature is included in the report

Possible Solution

A way to not include the files that weren't part of the test run

Context & Motivation

The old html reports were relatively tame in size. The new formatter outputs 15 MB reports from my test collection

In addition, maybe cucumber reports published is not working because of that issue.
