Publish cssnano 5.0.5

Again I've bumped every version and wrote the changelog manually.

I've tried changesets but I was not happy. Either it did not want to bump cssnano when you bump the single plugins or it would bump everything to the highest version (see this example in the emotion repo, where some packages jump from x.1 to x.4)
