Background

This step may come after the launch of the docs website, which aims to cover the following scope:

  • Content: Guidelines, instructions, and highlights to consider when developing new IBC light clients or applications to remain compatible with the IBC-rs implementation.
  • Target: IBC developers

can we supply chinese language, I can help?

Adding a new language support is blocked until we see how the overall contents are structured, what exemplars use for this purpose, etc.
