Simplify tsconfigs in all repos #292

There is lots of tsconfig noise in app repos. One is sufficient and build specific stuff should live in cli next to the command.

We can not have one and require the others from cli, since ts does not allow this in current version. But as initial simplification we can get rid of cjs build and only support esm.
