Ideally we want to have the following packages in the initialized package.json when creating an app:

    "@corejam/base": "0.0.8",
    "@corejam/core-components": "0.0.8",
    "@corejam/cli": "0.0.11",

Everything else should be contained within those so its easier to manage versioning.
