I am interested in using cookiecutter for meta templating (creating a sub-template from a template and potentially more sub-templates from the sub-template and so on).
I have experimented a bit and the change implemented in #839 (as mentioned in #839 (comment)) makes it quite hard to prevent templated paths from being rendered.
Would you be open to adding a flag or option (preserving the current default behaviour that makes sense for most use cases) to allow that behaviour? Unless there is already a straightforward way to achieve what I am trying to do and I missed it?
