Hello!
Please, could you add support using Unicode strings in cookiecutter.json?
It is essential, for example, for non-Latin LaTeX projects.
And, also, at first glance, adding such support is straightforward. You just need to add argument encoding='utf-8' to the open function from the 90-the line of the file generator.py.

I'd love for this feature to finally be released. We have a company name with unicode characters that's causing issues when reading cookiecutter.json.
