I have a question.
How can I set reliably and programmatically the cookiecutters_dir without writing any yaml files to be placed somewhere (if there is a way...)?
Given that somwhere in cookiecutter code is said that extra_context can be used to override some defaults config,
I tried to set default_config=False and default_config=True and in both cases passing as config_values the users values and also I add config_values["cookiecutters_dir"] = "some_directory" .
But this doesn't seem to work.
Is there some caching going on on cookiecutter side even if the just cloned cookiecutter is removed from the default cookiecutters_dir?

Hi,
I have a question.
How can I set reliably and programmatically the
cookiecutters_dir
without writing anyyaml
files to be placed somewhere (if there is a way...)?Here what I tried:
Given that somwhere in cookiecutter code is said that
extra_context
can be used to override some defaults config,I tried to set
default_config=False
anddefault_config=True
and in both cases passing asconfig_values
the users values and also I addconfig_values["cookiecutters_dir"] = "some_directory"
.But this doesn't seem to work.
Is there some caching going on on
cookiecutter
side even if the just clonedcookiecutter
is removed from the defaultcookiecutters_dir
?Thank you in advance for any hint/answers!
