refactor k8s e2e test running locally

K8s e2e test currently runs in github action and the test setup is also done in github action workflow yaml.
It's better to refactor the test making it able to run locally in Kind.

I have written a document for testing Nydus + Dragonfly using helm and kind, but it has not been published on github. I will work on the improvement and release of the document next week, which may help this issue.
