how to reproduce this

maintain a dockerfile as follows:

1. first build the alpine image:

docker build -t nerdctl:test .

2. then startup the alpine container:

scriptpath="$( cd -- "$(dirname "$0")" >/dev/null 2>&1 ; pwd -P )"
docker run -it --rm -v "$scriptpath"/nerdctl:/nerdctl --privileged --cap-add all nerdctl:test sh

3. finally, use nerdctl to startup a innner alpine container

nerdctl run -it --rm alpine sh

then the err occured.

SO, can you help me out of the err, or just direction me what does this error mean? What should I do to fix this? Thanks

I see a patch which report similar issue, see #9397,
will try and go back.

VOLUME [ "/sys/fs/cgroup" ]

This will not work.

Also, you need to mount a volume (ext4 or XFS) on /var/lib/containerd at least.
