Additional comments

This is a C library with interfaces for Fortran, Matlab, Python, and R. We already build r-primme. Ideally we could start building the C library and have the interfaces link to it. The Python interface to this is of particular interest.

Got here from this StackOverflow post reporting difficulty with installing the PyPI version in a Conda environment.
