Hi @nicoddemus, @birdsarah, and @davehunt

There was a breaking change that recently got fixed in pytest-metadata 2.0.4 (pytest-dev/pytest-metadata#54) involving the remove of the py package from pytest. The bug has broken the ObsPy CI setup because we use conda to install pytest-metadata.

Any chance one of you can push out a conda version of 2.0.4 in the near future?
