[feature] Test with msys2 mingw

Please contribute one or several tests that:

• Build a simple hello-world app in msys2 with mingw
• If possible add and check 32 and 64 architecturs
• Just the setup of msys2 into a test, assuming it is installed in the system
• Doesn't need to use existing helpers, nor recipes or other Conan things. Just the setup of msys2
• As a plus, if possible to run it from the msys2 package from ConanCenter

I am starting to work on new autotools: #8457. I really want to integrate real tests into the test suite, it is necessary to order things a bit after a lot of years of evolution without real tests in codebase.
