Clicking [Restore Branch] on any pre-LFS-migration PRs ends up pulling in the old history. After restoring the branch, anyone doing a git fetch or git pull will notice they have to wait for 20GB of git tree data. Merging the resulting branch (if it would even merge) would be a history rewrite /disaster/, so preventing step 1 in the disaster path will be important.
