Having real sinks available for the CDC team to run manual tests and play with would be valuable. We should consolidate instructions on how to set up sinks locally, set up sinks in cloud for real-world testing, and provide documentation on how to access them. We've set up some sinks for a past bug bash and for DRT cluster testing, so we may be able to reuse some of those.
