Hi.
You've made a great job with the datetime picker! I'm creating multilanguage application and it is rather expected to use locale settings as default for twelveHour property. DatePicker does that with a date format.
Could You make the changes in the behaviour?

Here's a bonus one: there's a typo in readme

clockStep: interval to use in the clock view. defailt: 1

You'd like to set twelveHour in the MatDatepickerIntl i18n service?
