To limit the amount of false positives, i believe an issue template containing a todo list that, among others, asks an issue filer to check whether the bug can be reproduced using pickle only, would be useful. cc @ogrisel @jakirkham

Would only suggest we save the option to open a blank issue (some times helpful if one of us needs to write up a quick issue for tracking purposes). Otherwise agree this can be quite helpful. The new issue templates are form like in nature which makes them easier to follow :)
