Steps to reproduce

$ wrangler publish -V    
wrangler-publish 
$ wrangler generate -V
wrangler-generate 
$ wrangler subdomain -V
wrangler-subdomain

Expected these commands to print regular wrangler version

$ wrangler publish -V
👷 ✨  wrangler 1.5.0
