Issue Details

Expected Behaviour

In the Emissions chart, the label of each data point should display the same date as the corresponding date on the X axis. -->

Actual Behaviour

The label of each data point is offset by one day when compared to the dates on the X axis.

To reproduce

Visit CCF home, same behaviour is seen in the demo and in my self-hosted version. Don't know if it could have something to do with timezones, so for information, I'm on CET.
