What would you like to be added

Swaggo에서 OpenAPI 3.1을 지원하기 위한 작업이 진행되고 있음. (Implementing OpenAPI 3.1.0 spec swaggo/swag#1513)
https://github.com/swaggo/swag/releases/tag/v2.0.0-rc3 단계에 와 있으므로, 테스트 상태,GA announce 등을 확인 후
CB-TB에도 반영 필요

Why is this needed

CB-TB는 현재 swaggo의 제약에 의해서 2.0만 지원. (request body 를 여러개 설정하지 못하는 불편함 존재)
OpenAPI 3.1 최신의 다양한 피쳐들 활용 가능
