by enabling CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_DEFERRED_TAKEOVER in kernel it will be possible to get silent boot with uefi logo working and by adding fbcon=nodefer to kernel parameters by default to keep the same behavior as it is now. So who ever wants to get silent boot can remove this parameter using .conf file in /etc/kernel/cmdline-removal.d
