[Quiz] integrate claroline/json-quiz inside the main repo

JSON Schema for quizzes where integrated through an external library : https://github.com/claroline/json-quiz.
Now the entire application is using json schema so we should move those schemas inside the standard system.

Drawbacks :

• JSON Schema are unit tested in the external package.
• External package auto generate a documentation.
