Release to ORDA

We should automatically submit and upload releases to University of Sheffield ORDA, a Figshare instance.

This means the software will have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and aid in citation.

There are instructions and a GitHub workflow here.

This is still pending as the licensing around the audio files is unclear.

Hi @groadabike I've forwarded a couple of the emails, let me know if there are any gaps that need filling.

Currently I'm still getting contacts from library staff who manage ORDA as I created the entry where releases are uploaded to.

Would it be possible to transfer ownership of the pyclarity entry to someone else please?

@groadabike has said he can not register on ORDA, so I guess it may fall to @jonbarker68.
