... so that tests can be run without copying manually the dlls or adding them to the path.

This only concern windows. And it was not yet tests.

@haesleinhuepf, I will let you tests and merge this if it works!

hmmm seems that other commits was added with the PR ... weird.
Only look at the last one concerning the cmakelists

I changed the base so that we see what has changed in the cmake lists only. I need to change this back before merging
