We have been discussing moving towards v6 of the design system. Below is a list of changes to add to v6.

Already in progress, or features we can tidy up now that we can introduce breaking changes:

  • Footer logo slot (likely coming soon in v6 - alpha
  • Footer feedback url deprecation

Wishlist/To Do :

  • Remove icon font completely #2213
  • Greedy nav refactor
  • Change the button classes so they are BEM compliant - IMO they should be cads-button--primary not cads-button__primary etc

@davidsauntson , @davidrapson those just a few that I could find initially but there are likely more. Feel free to edit this issue and add missing ones.
