💡 Summary

Now that the SQS process is up and running we noticed a couple things that can be improved.

Remove any duplicate logs: delete the pe-reportslogging.log after each cat
Make sure messages are deleted before running again
Idea: Use a lambda function instead of control queue to start scheduled tasks
