**Context: ** Supermarket utilises Chef Manage for organising user login.
**Problem: **

This setup cannot communicate with licensing and entitlement services
Manage is a legacy app whose dependancy needs to be reduced
**Solution/Goal: ** Move user authentication to Automate's services
Acceptance criteria:

Registration should be on Automate
Login should be on Automate
Existing user data and profiles should be migrated
User's should not be made to change any login details
