Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We would like to reduce the number of manual steps post-release of Infra Client.

Describe the solution you'd like
We'd like to move the resource yaml into the chef/chef repo so we can pull them into chef-web-docs automatically post promote.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could pull all the docs, but this seems like the small first step.
