[BUG] manage.chef.io missing beginner docs

General details

In the olden days, there was a page that described how to do the following in Hosted Chef. That page is now missing, but Hosted Chef lives on

1. Create a user at manage.chef.io
2. Use that user to create a new Hosted Chef organization
3. Use that user to invite other newly created users to the new organization
4. Use that user to download a Starter Kit which can help configure a knife client from a Chef Workstation
5. Describe generally how to navigate manage.chef.io which could just be a link to https://docs.chef.io/manage/, as nothing after the first two items above are specific to manage.chef.io

Describe the update that needs to be made. Be as specific as possible:

Hosted Chef/manage.chef.io still exists. Customers still want to self-service their on-boarding to this environment.

We need a small doc that describes how to get started with Hosted Chef / manage.chef.io

The doc would describe activities like

1. Create a user
2. Create an org with that user
3. Invite other users to the org
4. Download the Starter Kit
5. Use the config.rb(client.rb) embedded in the Starter Kit to configure a knife/chef client to use your new Hosted Chef user and org

We have regular onboardings of new Hosted Chef users. They need a minimal set of docs to get them going in manage.chef.io

Let me know if a walkthrough of the above with screenshots would be helpful. If I can scrape together some time, I'll do it as raw source material. Or let me know if there is another way that would be more comfortable to work together.
