Is there a replacement for UnusedParameterCheck? I'm sad its gone.

I can not find anything on this Check , looks like it was dropped before checkstyle version 5.

You can create issue to create such Check.

Check was moved to https://github.com/checkstyle/contribution/blob/master/usage/src/checkstyle/com/puppycrawl/tools/checkstyle/checks/usage/UnusedParameterCheck.java in 2015 (Checkstyle 6.4) and before that it was most likely disabled.

I will warn you it has not been maintained and I have no clue what state it is in so it is not likely to compile with current versions of Checkstyle as is. You can use it but you will probably be on your own including running it. I doubt anyone will take time for it even to bring it back if possible.

This module was not in main set of Checks, may be never part of our jar so I moved it out of main repo at that time to make it very clear it is not ready for usage.

Request to have such module is very valid, we can create issue to make it.

yes, there might be some deploy problems, yes we do not have files for them.
I donot think we need to restore them (we can checkout to such tags and build site from sources) they are too old to be considered, if badly needed, look at documentation of sibling version
