Directory:

• now using the StellarTerm Directory data (thanks @irisli)
• Anchors list now renders from the directory data
• All names associated with known accounts are pulled in and used instead of short addresses on Operations views etc.
• Added links directly to StellarTerm markets for each asset listed on the Anchors view
