Handle All ScVal types #513

Not all ScVal types are parsed and rendered. Those types currently show the base64.

For example Map on some operations here: /account/GDEU46HFMHBHCSFA3K336I3MJSBZCWVI3LUGSNL6AF2BW2Q2XR7NNAPM#operations

Decode and render unhandled types.
