Hi all, what is the best way to add data labels and center text to doughnut charts as shown below:

FYI, the chartjs-plugin-annotation has got a PR (still pending) where it enables a centered text (multiple lines) inside a doughnut. chartjs/chartjs-plugin-annotation#825
