get changed commits based on tag instead of base branch

i'm using changesets for my project right now and realised that the flow is such that getDivergedCommit is run once, and the commit hash is used to calculate changed package. I was wondering if it is possible to run getDivergedCommit for every package relative to the last git tag instead of a branch (e.g. main)
