Added a report to the node project about a regression in node 18.17.0 in regards to using chai.should() together with node:test: nodejs/node#48918

This is something I started to do very recently using @voxpelli/node-test-pretty-reporter and it worked in 18.16.1 but fails in 18.17.0.

Posting here as a reference, not saying that chai is to blame here.
