What does this week's Link Checker Report mean?

The automatic link checker report executed this morning produced these errors (see initial posting on this issue). I don't remember having seen this before. What should we do, does anyone know?

It looks like this issue: actions/checkout#1047 is the relevant one ... I'll do some tests based on what it (variously) says.
