Original report on BitBucket by Carsten Thiel (GitHub: schildwaechter).

URIs to be resolvable to the data through content negotiation: application/json-ld should deliver json-ld data

Deliver full records or only specific entities, e.g. https://vocabularies.cessda.eu/vocabulary/CessdaPersistentIdentifierTypes?v=1.0#ARK would deliver the specific json data for the ARK concept, but see also #334

Deliver full records or only specific entities, e.g.

https://vocabularies.cessda.eu/vocabulary/CessdaPersistentIdentifierTypes?v=1.0 would deliver the specific json data for the CessdaPersistentIdentifierType CV.

https://vocabularies.cessda.eu/vocabulary/CessdaPersistentIdentifierTypes?v=1.0#ARK would deliver the specific json data for the ARK concept.
