Kuha Common & Kuha DocStore have been moved to https://gitlab.tuni.fi/fsd. Update link in requirements.txt.

Also, update to latest Kuha Common 2.4.0 & Kuha Docstore 1.3.0 & Aggregator shared library 0.7.0.

Update project url in setup.py.

Prepare a new release 0.5.0.

Related to cessda/cessda.cdc.versions#654
