[Bug]: SquareSolid icon appears broken after being built

Description

In the original PR, the Square Solid SVG contains rect elements.

However, the generated SVG and JSON metadata in @carbon/icons is missing these elements (see carbon-design-system/carbon-icons-svelte#183).

Furthermore, the SquareSolid icon preview in carbondesignsystem.com seems to be missing as well:

1. Visit https://carbondesignsystem.com/elements/icons/library/
2. Search for "square"
3. Scroll down to square solid.
4. Note that it does not appear.
