Description
Given I am on a webpage that includes both a
<c4d-global-banner>and<c4d-masthead>,and I am scrolled to the top of the window,
and I open an L0 megamenu,
then the megamenu is positioned atop the banner.

We need to adjust the positioning logic. Ideally there's a way to get the megamenus positioned relative to the visible portions of the masthead L0.
