Form control with "listbox" role has no associated label, it's appearing this error like label it wasn't declared, but it's declared as :label

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. As you can see even passing the label, they don't identify so when using the Carbon Multi-Select
2. Pass al the informations that the carbon component would need
3. And the error should pop up in the ibm access accessibility

The IBM access accessibility don't get the label and others informations that should be passed by carbon and appears as a label in pure html and css
