Overflow menu is not closed when clicking outside (Safari)

Detailed description

Overflow menu stays open when clicking outside if the first overflow-menu-item is disabled.
This only happens in Safari. It works fine in Chrome.
Carbon Vue v2.34.0

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Set the first overflow-menu-item as disabled.
2. Click outside of the component.
