[Enhancement]: Allow user to add extra information about the Scatter chart data entry on hover

Summary

For the Scatter-chart component, user should be able to add extra parameters and information about the data points on the chart apart from the x-axis, y-axis and group name.
There can be an extra row below the group name for which user can pass the data from prop.

Justification

Data entry might have some unique information, from which user can easily identify that entry.

Desired UX and success metrics

user can hover the data point on scatter chart and currently there are 3 information that is displayed. x-axis value, y axis value and group name. after the feature addition, there can 4 fields if passed from the component prop
