Danger CI job doesn't run on PRs from forks #2134

While Danger runs fine on the master branch and for PRs opened by maintainers, it seems to fail on PRs made from forks (e.g. #2133).

For now I've disabled Danger as a required merge check, but we should figure out how to fix this.
