For questions of the checkbox type, the output on the results page is based on the order in which the boxes were selected, rather the order in which the form presents the options (desired). This is particularly problematic when "Other (please describe") is selected, which may show up at the top or in the middle of the list, rather than the end, just before "please specific" input.

Expected behavior
Output of checkbox-type questions should match the order in which the questions are asked on the form.
