tlinux24 docker批量编译部分ko编译失败

Describe the bug
Dockerfile.tlinux24在执行批量ko bash ./build_script/x86_64/batch_compile_tencentos.sh 时，多个ko编译失败。

进入docker，手动编译，查看错误如下。

gcc版本问题，建议安装并使用内核编译时的gcc版本，可通过cat /proc/version查看

有了 /proc/version ，检查下 编译使用 的 gcc -v 是否与其 一致呢
