Application Commands min- and max-value missing #1092

I am not sure if I just did not see it, but min_value and max_value fields seem to be missing for discordgo slash commands.

The documentation for application commands states that you can set a min- and a max-value for further number input validation:
https://discord.com/developers/docs/interactions/application-commands

This appears to still be missing from this library, if I did not miss it.

Nevermind, just found out that it is an open pr (#1026).
