Flux source-controller is deprecating libgit2 and moving back the the pure go implementation.

It looks like they're getting around the initial problem of go-git not supporting multi_ack (and by extension Azure devops) by using some workaround to get the first pull to succeed (subsequent fetches/pulls will still fail).
