Support of JCache and java 8
- Now Bucket4j uses JCache API instead of supporting each particular grid product #10
- Implemented auto detection for situation when bucket state was lost in GRID #11
- Builder API became less error prone, now it is impossible to mismatch bandwidth capacity and bandwidth period, the
java.time.Durationused to specify bandwidth period in explicit way.
Removing intrusive support of Oracle Coherence
Oracle does not care to much to distribute its product via industry standard solutions like maven. So to avoid complicity with builds, was decided to remove support of Coherence at all. The support of Coherence will be reintroduced in scope of #10
